Meet Our Team

Dr. Ambros graduated Summa Cum Laude from Colorado State University in 2006, and worked as a general practitioner at a day practice in north Sarasota for 3 years.  She then worked as an associate at a local emergency hospital for 2 years before opening her own emergency/urgent care practice, where she served as Medical Director for 12 years.  She has a passion for supporting animal rescue and has worked closely with several local rescue groups and shelters throughout her career.  While she enjoys all areas of veterinary medicine, she is excited about her new adventure in the mobile veterinary world!​

Zöe is a veterinary technician that has been in the field since 2017. She enjoys doing anything and everything with her partners-in-crime Zucchini (pictured) and Panko (not pictured). In her free time she enjoys being in the sun, reading and crafting! 

Ziggy and Mikey came to us through Gulf Shore Animal League many years ago.  Both Ziggy and Mikey had spent time at our previous clinic being treated for different illnesses and when it was time to leave no one wanted to see them go! So they became our clinic cats and showed their appreciation by helping save the lives of other cats by being blood donors.

Now that we have moved on to mobile practice, they are both very contentedly retired at Dr. Ambros' house, with plenty of comfy beds to sleep on.  They will however continue to hold their position as animal ambassadors for our practice indefinitely!
